Well albeit late the snowdrops have not failed to impress at National Trusts Attingham Park again! The woodlands have a carpet of white snowdrops which are just amazing when the sun shines through the trees!
I took Basil with the girls on the mile walk on Saturday. The carpark was literally heaving (I guess due to the wintery sunshine aswell as the snowdrop promise!) and everyone obviously taking advantage of Attinghams lovely mile walk with children and dogs...
Attingham Park is one of the many National Trust properties near Church Farm Guest House, and well worth a visit when staying in the area...

RAF Museum Cosford
Today we took the girls to RAF Museum Cosford for the first time (I am embarrassed to admit!)
Despite the hurricane winds, the museum was quite busy! What a great set up! FREE to get in (just £2 parking to pay and display!) 4 aeroplane hangers to get through but takes at least 3 hours to soak in the Cold War atmosphere and experience all the areas 'fun & flight' which are interactive explore areas for the kids... Megan got a little bored on hanger 3 but Rosie was truly enthralled by the whole museum. Martin wants to go back (without the girls!) so that he can soak it all up without being rushed!!
Highly recommended as a day out - and not too far from Church Farm Guest House!

Spring...please!
Now that here at Church Farm we are fully operational with Twitter, Tweetdeck, facebook and linkedin, lets hope all the efforts pay off! Thanks to 4 starters course yesterday with Jan and Tim, I am a little more familiar with how to work these things!
Shropshire is starting to look a little better folowing this ravishingly bitterly cold winter (which still seems to be upon us most days!) These photos show the difference in only 2 days - one day bitterly cold winds and frost followed by scorching sunrises the next day which make the Wrekin look like its on fire!
Basil (our staffy) is not overly impressed with the cold, but he still enjoys his walks up and round the Wrekin everyday!
